Acceptable Use and Community Standards
Safety and behavior standards for content, messaging, listings, and platform interactions.

1. Prohibited activity
Users may not engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, or exploitation.
Unlawful services, stolen goods, deceptive pricing, fake reviews, and attempts to bypass platform controls are prohibited.
2. Platform integrity
Automated scraping, unauthorized API use, account farming, or attempts to reverse engineer security controls are prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Users may not upload malware, phishing content, or harmful scripts.
3. Sensitive and restricted services
BookCollar may restrict or prohibit categories that carry heightened legal or safety risk.
We may request additional documentation for regulated categories and can remove listings at any time for risk management.
4. Reporting and enforcement
Users can report suspected violations through support channels. BookCollar may investigate reports and take action based on policy severity and evidence.
Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or referral to authorities when required.
