As part of provider onboarding, provider review, listing approval, or ongoing compliance review, BookCollar may collect information and documents related to provider qualifications, including:

BookCollar may use this information to review provider applications, determine whether a provider may list certain services, determine whether a provider account or listing should be paused, and support legal, safety, compliance, and marketplace integrity operations.
If a provider's required license, permit, certification, registration, or insurance expires, becomes invalid, is suspended, is revoked, cannot be verified, or is otherwise insufficient, BookCollar may use related information to pause, restrict, suspend, or remove the provider's account, listings, booking access, or other Platform features.
7. Booking Information
When a booking is requested, confirmed, modified, rescheduled, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or completed, we may collect information such as:
- Customer information
- Provider information
- Listing or service details
- Appointment date and time
- Service location
- Booking status
- Booking history
- Service price
- Fees
- Taxes, if applicable
- Add-ons

Because BookCollar connects customers and providers for in-person services, we may collect service location information.

BookCollar may allow customers to pay for services through the Platform and may allow providers to receive payouts through the Platform.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or another payment partner.

BookCollar does not intend to store full payment card numbers in its application database. Full payment card details are generally processed by third-party payment processors.

Users should not post or upload personal information they do not want others to see, unless the information is required for the relevant Platform feature.
BookCollar may remove or restrict content that violates Platform policies, legal requirements, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, safety standards, or community standards.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by children under 13.
BookCollar does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If BookCollar learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, BookCollar will take steps to delete the information as required by law.
