Your Privacy Choices
Request and opt-out process for data rights, targeted advertising preferences, and authorized agent submissions.

1. How to submit requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or data portability by emailing privacy@bookcollar.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
To help us process your request safely, include your account email, full name, request type, and any relevant account or booking identifiers.
2. Advertising and sharing preferences
You may opt out of targeted advertising and certain data sharing by using in-app/browser controls where available and by submitting a privacy request.
If you use an opt-out preference signal supported by your browser, we will process it where required by law.
3. Verification and response timelines
We may verify your identity before fulfilling privacy requests to protect account security and prevent unauthorized disclosures.
We aim to respond within legally required timelines and may notify you if additional time is needed.
4. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf where allowed by law.
Agents may be required to provide proof of authorization and additional identity verification details.
5. Non-discrimination
BookCollar will not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights, except as allowed by law for permitted incentive programs or service limitations directly related to requested data deletion.
